Scoper is run by Clément Patrick A Standaert, a self-employed professional (autónomo) in Spain, NIF/NIE Y7634939B. Contact: clement@scoper.es. Full details are in the legal notice.

By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Scoper monitors publicly available news about the companies you track, uses AI to judge and summarise it, and delivers it in a feed, a weekly brief and email alerts, depending on your plan.

Scoper is a tool for businesses and professionals. By signing up you confirm that you're 18 or older and that you're using Scoper for your business or profession, not as a consumer.

Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and don't share your login. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including the teammates you invite, who are also bound by these terms.

Starter, €39 / month or €390 / year

Up to 5 competitors and 1 teammate.

Team, €89 / month or €890 / year

Up to 15 competitors, 4 teammates, the Monday brief and comparisons.

Business, €179 / month or €1,790 / year

Up to 30 competitors, unlimited teammates and real-time alerts.

The pricing section lists everything each plan includes. If we change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Team comes with a 14-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up and aren't charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged on day 15 (€89 on the monthly plan, €890 on the yearly plan), and then every month or year until you cancel.

Starter and Business are charged from the day you subscribe, then every month or year depending on the plan you picked. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancel anytime from Settings, through the Stripe billing portal. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. Cancel later and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops renewing. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Don't use Scoper for anything illegal or to harass anyone. Don't reverse-engineer it, overload it, try to manipulate its AI, or resell its data and analyses.

• Scoper itself, its software and design, belongs to us.
• News articles belong to their publishers. Scoper shows short summaries and links to the source.
• Scoper's analyses are for your internal business use.
• Your data stays yours. You let us process it only to run Scoper for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Summaries, scores and comparisons are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the source before you act on it.

Scoper looks for news every day (around 06:00 UTC) and sends the brief on Monday mornings. We work to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee it will never be interrupted, and features may change as the product improves.

Scoper is provided as it is. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You can stop using Scoper at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Ask us to delete your account and your data is removed within 30 days, apart from the billing records the law requires us to keep.

If we make significant changes, we'll email account owners before they take effect. If you don't agree with them, you can cancel before they apply.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona.
